AWARDED
In 2014 Bio-Straws was rewarded by winning the GreenTec Award, Europe’s largest and most important Environment and Economy Award, in the lifestyle category. And we ranked No. 2 of the Green Product Award and took advantage of this positive impact and the public interest that came along with it.
Apart from a crowdfunding project and gaining further awards, the company was honored as “Sustainable Model Company” by the Bavarian Economic Chamber in 2015.
Natural-Straws, so-called “Sustainable Paper Drinking Straws”, Straws made of maize starch as well as “Mater-BI-Straws” and “Bio-Pot straws made” of potato starch are being offered meanwhile.
